Stand up Paddle boarding or ‘SUP’ for short is one of the fastest growing waters sports in the world. Experienced riders can also surf the waves on them. You can paddle on your knees alone or with the kids or on your feet if you have the balance. It’s a great way to experience the outdoors and an enjoyable means of getting some good exercise. Doah believe that this sport should be accessible for all and not just for an hour at high rates. By hiring our iSUP boards you allow yourself the freedom to travel and explore the local beaches and coastline independently.

Safety is of paramount importance so we would advise either having a lesson first if you do not feel confident in the water. However, if your used to and confident in the water or have some SUP experience then the seas your oyster! have some fun and give it a go! Here’s an instructional SUP video if you need a refresh.

There are multiple areas to SUP in Weymouth / Portland and surrounding areas of Dorset which are suitable for both beginners and more advanced riders.
